Product Owner - Introducing Broker (IB)

About the role

CFI Financial Group is looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead its Introducing Broker (IB) and Partner Ecosystem. You will own the roadmap for partner‑facing systems, commission logic, referral models and reporting workflows, ensuring a transparent and high‑performing experience for IBs, affiliates and strategic partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain and prioritize the product backlog for the IB and Partner Portals.
• Design and improve partner commission, referral and performance management systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and data analytics to guarantee accurate calculations, tracking and reporting.
• Work with Business Development, Compliance, Marketing and Business Analytics to align product features with operational and regulatory needs.
• Ensure transparency and usability of partner dashboards and overall user experience.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria and product specifications.
• Benchmark industry‑leading partner ecosystems and drive continuous innovation.

Required profile

• 5+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in fintech, brokerage or online trading.
• Strong knowledge of IB/affiliate programs, commission structures, referral models and payout systems.
• Hands‑on experience with data platforms, BI tools and back‑office integrations.
• Proven ability to bridge business objectives with technical execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and documentation skills.
