Product Owner

About the role

The Product Owner will lead the development and delivery of consumer banking products on a mobile banking platform. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure the solution meets market needs and aligns with core banking systems.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product backlog for mobile banking features.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to analyse core banking systems and translate requirements into user stories.
• Manage Agile ceremonies, maintain JIRA boards, and ensure smooth sprint execution.
• Create and maintain process maps and documentation for product workflows.
• Drive key project implementations and monitor product performance post‑launch.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience, preferably in the UAE market.
• Strong analytical and process‑engineering capabilities.
• Hands‑on experience delivering consumer banking products on mobile platforms.
• Deep understanding of core banking systems and willingness to dive into technical details.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.

Required skills
