Product Owner Manager

About the role

The Data Analytics unit at Emirates NBD is looking for a Product Owner Manager to lead the product vision and roadmap for data‑driven solutions. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring that the product delivers maximum value and aligns with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with stakeholders to capture business objectives and translate them into a clear product vision.
• Define and maintain the product goal, roadmap, and backlog aligned with market and competitor insights.
• Create customer journey maps and establish a feedback loop to incorporate the voice of the customer.
• Prioritise features based on value, strategic needs, and ROI while balancing scope, budget, and timeline.
• Maintain a transparent, well‑articulated backlog with epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure the backlog is refined and sized for upcoming sprints, mapping dependencies.
• Act as the primary liaison for functional and technical demands, gaining buy‑in from all parties.
• Guide squads on product delivery, define MVP scope, and evaluate progress through each iteration.
• Determine feature acceptability by clearly defining the definition of done.

Required profile

• UAE National.
• 6‑10 years (72 months) of product ownership experience, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of market trends, competitor products, and client needs.
• Proven ability to develop and communicate product vision, roadmap, and value‑driven backlog.
• Experience delivering end‑to‑end product solutions and driving early value delivery.
