Product Owner – Operating System & KPI Platform

About the role

ARQ is looking for a Product Owner to design, build, and run its company‑wide operating system – a KPI platform, employee directory, and the back‑office tools that keep the business efficient. You will work directly with founders, engineers, and department leads to shape internal products from scratch.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for the operating system.
• Ship a company‑wide KPI platform used by founders, the board, and all departments.
• Develop an employee directory with profiles, org‑chart, KPI attribution, and HR‑stack integration.
• Collaborate with department leads to set, commit to, and report on relevant KPIs.
• Partner with back‑office engineering on schema and architecture decisions to ensure scalability.
• Monitor adoption, gather internal feedback, and iterate quickly.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of product experience, including at least 2 years at a top technology company.
• Founder‑mindset: hands‑on problem solver ready to build from scratch.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities; comfortable digging into data and processes.
• Excellent written communication and confidence working with founders and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Self‑starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes full ownership.
