Product Owner – Ras Al Khaimah

About the role

BrainRocket is seeking a skilled Product Owner to join its Ras Al Khaimah office. You will drive product development for fintech, iGaming and marketing solutions, shaping backlogs, defining sprint goals and ensuring delivery meets stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in line with business objectives.
• Define sprint objectives and collaborate with the development team to set sprint goals.
• Review and approve increments, from design through production release verification.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, securing approvals for major decisions.
• Refine backlog items before sprint planning.
• Gather, prioritize and incorporate operational change requests into future sprints.
• Define acceptance criteria and validate that product features meet agreed standards.
• Collect functional and non‑functional requirements and maintain them throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and maintain epics, user stories, use cases and edge cases, ensuring high‑quality artifacts.
• Participate in quarterly OKR planning and estimation activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in a technology‑focused environment.
• Strong ability to prioritize work and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to act as the central link between development teams and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting with evolving requirements.
