Product Sales Specialist – Endpoint & Cybersecurity Software

About the role

A leading global enterprise software organization is looking for a Product Sales Specialist to drive sales of cybersecurity software across the UAE and wider GCC. The role focuses on new business development, enterprise account expansion and strategic partner engagement, engaging CIOs, CISOs, IT operations leaders and security decision-makers. It is based in Dubai with up to 40-50% travel across the UAE and GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed assigned enterprise software sales targets
• Drive new customer acquisition and account expansion across the UAE
• Develop territory sales strategies aligned with UAE market dynamics
• Deliver consultative, value-based cybersecurity sales presentations
• Manage the enterprise sales pipeline and forecasting
• Work closely with channel partners, resellers and system integrators
• Represent the organization at UAE cybersecurity and technology events

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of enterprise software sales experience in cybersecurity, endpoint security or infrastructure software
• Strong understanding of the UAE cybersecurity landscape and partner ecosystem
• Proven track record in quota achievement and pipeline generation
• Experience selling to senior IT and security stakeholders (CIO, CISO level)
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
• Willingness to travel across the UAE and GCC

Preferred experience

• Exposure to ITSM, automation or endpoint management tools
• Experience with enterprise cybersecurity platforms
• Operating in a partner-led sales model within the Middle East

The contract is a 2-year renewable agreement with competitive compensation open to negotiation. Candidates outside the UAE may apply if willing to relocate and have Middle East cybersecurity sales experience.
