Sales Executive – Automotive Solutions

About the role

Hirai Shoji, a global vehicle sourcing and export company, is looking for a results‑driven Sales Executive to join its Dubai team. You will be the front‑line contact for prospective clients, responsible for building long‑term relationships and delivering tailored automotive solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and convert prospective clients into long‑term business relationships.
• Maintain and grow an active sales pipeline through structured follow‑up and disciplined use of CRM tools.
• Understand client requirements in depth and propose customized vehicle, fleet or spare‑part solutions.
• Coordinate with internal operations to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
• Report sales performance and pipeline progress to management on a regular basis.

Required profile

• Strong sales orientation with proven communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Background in the automotive sector (vehicles, fleet, spare parts) is highly preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English; Japanese or any additional language is an advantage.
• Experience with CRM platforms and pipeline management tools.
• Based in Dubai with a valid UAE visa and available to start immediately.
