Product Specialist – Healthcare & Pharmaceutical

About the role

The Product Specialist will promote, support and provide technical expertise for the company’s healthcare or pharmaceutical products in the UAE market, engaging healthcare professionals and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Promote assigned products to doctors, pharmacists and hospital staff.
• Conduct product demonstrations, clinical presentations and training sessions.
• Provide technical and clinical support on product usage, safety and benefits.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and medical teams to achieve business growth.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and product performance.
• Support tender submissions and procurement processes for hospitals or clinics.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations (MOH, DHA, DOH) and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, nursing, marketing or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical product sales in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of the product portfolio and clinical applications.
• Experience working with hospitals, clinics or healthcare institutions is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within the UAE.
