Product Specialist – Healthcare Products

About the role

The Product Specialist promotes, supports and provides technical expertise for the company's healthcare or pharmaceutical products in the market. The role engages healthcare professionals, drives product adoption, runs training sessions and ensures compliance with UAE regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Promote assigned products to doctors, pharmacists and hospital staff
• Conduct product demonstrations, clinical presentations and training sessions
• Provide technical and clinical support on product usage, safety and benefits
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers
• Work with sales, marketing and medical teams to meet sales targets
• Monitor competitors, market trends and product performance
• Support tender submissions and procurement for hospitals or clinics
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations (MOH, DHA, DOH) and company policies
• Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities and forecasts
• Give field feedback to support product development and marketing

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, Marketing or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical product sales in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of the assigned product portfolio and its clinical applications
• Experience with hospitals, clinics or healthcare institutions preferred
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
• Willingness to travel within the UAE
