About the role
The Product Specialist – Home Finance is responsible for managing MIS, incentive payments, business continuity, risk coordination and various product‑related tasks across Real Estate Finance and Home Finance portfolios.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports, dashboards and performance scorecards for Real Estate Finance and Home Finance.
- Manage incentive calculations, sales incentives and staff finance repayment sheets.
- Coordinate Business Continuity Plan (BCP) activities and Operational Risk Management (ORM) reporting, including RCSA testing.
- Oversee property valuation tracking, insurance renewal payments and related audit issues.
- Support product program renewals, CAPs reporting and KPI preparation.
Required profile
- University degree with at least 9 years of relevant experience in MIS, real‑estate finance or investment analysis.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with computer applications and MIS tools.
