Product Specialist / Production Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Product Specialist / Production Manager to drive product performance, oversee production planning and manufacturing operations, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate product development, lifecycle management and cross‑functional communication to ensure products meet quality, cost, safety and delivery targets.
• Plan, schedule and monitor manufacturing activities, manage resources and optimise utilisation of manpower, materials, equipment and capacity.
• Identify operational issues, implement corrective actions and drive productivity, quality and process‑efficiency improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple operational priorities.
