About the role

The Production Associate II operates and maintains injection molding equipment to manufacture high‑quality plastic components. This position works on the shop floor, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with product specifications.

Key responsibilities

Set up thermoplastic and thermoset molding machines according to production orders.
Monitor machine parameters and adjust settings to maintain product quality.
Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks on equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical or process issues to minimize downtime.
Document production data and report any deviations to supervisors.

Required profile

Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Experience operating injection molding machinery or similar production equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
Commitment to safety standards and quality control.
