Production Engineer - Propulsion Systems

About the role

EDGE is an advanced technology group headquartered in the United Arab Emirates, spanning more than 35 specialised companies. Its POWERTECH centre of excellence designs, engineers and manufactures combustion engines, expendable turbojet engines and turbofan engines for aerospace, defence and autonomous applications, including UAVs. The Production Engineer supports assembly operations through engineering expertise, process optimisation and technical problem solving to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise assembly processes for propulsion systems.
• Provide technical support to assembly teams and resolve engineering issues.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and customer requirements.
• Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with design and quality teams to enhance product reliability.
• Prepare technical documentation and process guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in aerospace production or assembly engineering.
• English proficiency is required for all roles.

Preferred qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD tools and manufacturing process optimisation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
