Production Helper – Manufacturing Support

About the role

The Helper will support production operators in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, ensuring machines run smoothly and the work area remains clean and safe. This onsite role involves assisting with tool and material preparation, cleaning, and basic changeover tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tools, materials, and assistance to operators during machine runs.
• Clean and prepare machines before and after production runs.
• Support changeovers to maintain continuous production efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness of the production area, including floors, workstations, and equipment surfaces.
• Dispose of waste properly and follow hygiene standards.
• Sanitize tools and equipment to ensure GMP compliance.
• Assist in inspecting machines and lines for readiness and report any issues.
• Coordinate with operators and supervisors, following SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Participate in peak periods and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Physical stamina for moderate lifting and standing.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and overtime.
