Production Manager

About the role

Alzan Wooden Industry LLC is seeking a full‑time Production Manager to lead its manufacturing operations in Umm Al Quwain. The role focuses on overseeing the production of cubicles, doors, cabinets, lockers, kitchens and custom wood solutions while ensuring quality, safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily factory operations for all wood product lines.
• Develop and control production schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Supervise workshop teams, allocate resources and monitor workflow.
• Coordinate with design and installation departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain machinery, tools and equipment, overseeing regular maintenance.
• Implement quality control procedures and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Monitor material usage, reduce waste and drive continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong experience in production management and factory operations.
• Background in large‑scale projects involving cubicles, doors, cabinets, lockers, kitchens and custom wood products.
• Knowledge of woodworking, joinery, cabinet manufacturing and veneer applications.
• Proven leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management or a related field is preferred.
