Production Manager – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations for a leading personal care and hygiene products manufacturer in Umm Al Quwain. The role focuses on driving production efficiency, ensuring product quality, and coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities across paper, packaging, perfume, tissue, non‑woven, or related lines.
• Develop and execute production plans, monitor KPIs, and manage productivity and waste reduction.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, GMP, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate closely with QA, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and ERP systems to ensure seamless operations.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate production teams to achieve performance targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of production experience in relevant manufacturing sectors.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality systems.
• Proven ability to manage teams, KPIs, and waste control.
• Hands‑on experience with Lean, GMP, 5S, and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with ERP environments and cross‑functional coordination.
