Production Manager – Marble Operations

About the role

K4 Group is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead its in‑house marble division in Dubai. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire stone processing workflow, from raw block slabbing to precision cutting and final installation for luxury villa projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily factory floor operations, including bridge cutting, 5‑axis CNC routing, waterjet cutting, profile shaping and edge polishing.
• Oversee slab inspection, veining alignment, dry‑lay sessions and quality control for villa flooring, feature walls and custom stone vanities.
• Translate project shop drawings into efficient cutting lists to minimise waste and meet tight delivery deadlines.
• Enforce strict quality and safety standards for stone thickness, resin treatment, gloss finishes and joint alignment.
• Coordinate with Project Directors and site installation teams to ensure on‑time delivery of stone packages.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of UAE experience managing a specialised marble and natural stone processing factory.
• Engineering degree or diploma (Mechanical or Industrial) or equivalent technical background.
• Proven track record in raw material sourcing, inventory management and factory health & safety.

Required skills

• Advanced operation of 5‑axis CNC machines.
• Waterjet cutting systems expertise.
• Bridge cutting and profile shaping techniques.
• Edge polishing of marble, quartzite and onyx.
• Knowledge of rare marble varieties and stone material properties.
