Production Section Head

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Section Head to lead the planning, development, and delivery of high‑quality media and visual productions. The role oversees end‑to‑end production activities, manages teams and resources, and ensures content aligns with strategic objectives and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Production Section, ensuring timely delivery of all production activities.
• Develop and oversee production plans, budgets, resources, and timelines in line with organizational priorities.
• Manage the full production lifecycle from pre‑production through post‑production and final delivery.
• Oversee visual content creation for campaigns, events, news coverage, interviews and other media requirements.
• Ensure productions adhere to brand standards, policies, safety and risk‑management measures.
• Monitor media production trends, emerging technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film Production, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
• Significant professional experience in media and visual production with leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Proven track record managing end‑to‑end production projects, teams, budgets and timelines.
• Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders in a fast‑paced media environment.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of media and visual production planning.
• Strong understanding of filming, editing, design, lighting, post‑production and emerging production technologies.
• Knowledge of media communication and content distribution methods.
