Professional Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Professional Sales Representative to drive sales of photocopier and printer solutions. The role combines technical knowledge of office equipment with strong customer‑facing skills to generate new business and nurture existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers through hot, warm, or cold calls to understand their equipment needs.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions, quotations, and transactions.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery of products, services, and spare parts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service excellence.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities via referrals and cross‑selling to current clients.

Required profile

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven customer‑service and relationship‑building experience.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with photocopier and printer systems.
• Knowledge of spare‑parts handling for major office‑equipment brands.
• Familiarity with Ricoh product portfolio (preferred).
