About the role
The university is expanding rapidly and seeks a full‑time Professor to lead teaching and research in Operations and Total Quality Management. The role combines classroom instruction, curriculum development, and scholarly activity within a dynamic, growth‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver undergraduate and graduate courses using blended learning methods.
- Conduct active research and publish in reputable journals.
- Develop and update online curricula and professional short courses.
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
- Participate in departmental and university administrative duties as required.
Required profile
- PhD from an AACSB‑accredited university in a relevant discipline.
- Proven teaching experience at an internationally accredited university.
- Experience with online or e‑learning environments is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate computer technology into course delivery.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Required skills
- Ability to develop and deliver professional short courses.
