Program Delivery Manager – Unity Skills Development Programs

About the role

Unity is expanding its Skills Development Programs across the Middle East and seeks a Program Delivery Manager based in Abu Dhabi. The role sits within Unity’s Customer Success organisation and is responsible for delivering strategic upskilling programmes that support local talent development and national digital transformation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery and operational execution of Skills Development Programs across the Middle East.
• Act as the regional owner, coordinating with Unity’s global Customer Success, Education, Sales and Product teams.
• Partner with government entities, universities and industry partners to deliver high‑impact training initiatives.
• Localise global program frameworks to meet regional priorities, cultural context and language requirements.
• Oversee program governance, timelines, risk management and reporting against agreed KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale training, education or workforce development programmes, preferably with government or public‑sector partners.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and operational execution capabilities.
• Experience working in the Middle East and understanding of public‑sector or national skilling initiatives.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
