Program Director – Global Patriot Programs

About the role

Raytheon Emirates is looking for an experienced Program Director to lead the Global Patriot Programs portfolio in the United Arab Emirates. The role is based onsite in Abu Dhabi and involves long‑term responsibility for sustainment, execution, and business development across technical assistance, engineering services, and follow‑on opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary project team to deliver contractual and financial commitments.
• Serve as the primary in‑country interface with the U.S. Government and local customers.
• Oversee technical assistance activities, including SICO, fielding support, training, and depot support.
• Drive engineering services delivery and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
• Ensure compliance with Raytheon’s standards of conduct and security requirements.
• Coordinate international travel within the region as needed.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale defense or aerospace programs.
• Strong financial, contractual, and risk management expertise.
• Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to relocate and meet medical requirements for overseas assignments.
