Program Manager – Launch & Expansion

About the role

Are you interested in launching the next generation of Amazon facilities in the United Arab Emirates? Join the Launch team to drive large‑scale, strategic projects that expand Amazon Now’s fulfillment network.

Key responsibilities

• Scope and define program requirements and critical milestones by working backwards from the customer.
• Develop and maintain project plans, trackers and processes to mitigate schedule risks.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including business, technology, design, procurement and construction—to ensure all “Road to Launch” tasks are completed.
• Communicate progress, risks and changes to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Analyze launch performance data and propose initiatives to support expansion strategies.

Required profile

• 4+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of working cross‑functionally with technical and non‑technical teams.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process‑improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
