About the role
As a Program Manager for Seller incentives, you will work with Product Managers and cross‑functional business teams (local and worldwide) to launch and operate seller incentives and promotions across the four MENATR marketplaces.
Key responsibilities
- Drive execution and controllership of all seller promotions and incentives.
- Conduct deep‑dive data analyses and build SQL queries and dashboards to track performance.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across local and worldwide teams.
- Maintain attention to detail while balancing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- 2+ years of program or project management experience.
- Knowledge of SQL and ability to build queries and dashboards.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with Excel.
