Program & Operations Event Manager – Padel & Wellness

About the role

Daos Hub is scaling its Daos Padel platform, a sports and networking product for Dubai’s business community. The Program & Operations Event Manager will own the end‑to‑end development of this product, turning occasional events into a recurring, scalable community experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the annual and quarterly calendar of tournaments, community games and new formats.
• Negotiate and secure padel venues and partners across Dubai, managing budgets, cost control and supplier relationships.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams – marketing, design, social media, performance marketing, partnerships, business development and event operations – to deliver seamless events.
• Lead on‑site execution, handling registration, scheduling, staffing, equipment, branding, participant flows and contingency planning.
• Collect post‑event feedback and data to continuously improve formats and grow a recurring participant community.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of experience in events, project management or event operations.
• Proven ability to own projects from concept through execution, managing multiple stakeholders and budgets.
• Strong operational mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable in a fast‑moving, high‑ownership environment.
