Program Planning and Cost Control Lead

About the role

Parsons is seeking a seasoned professional to lead program planning and cost control for major infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on delivering effective schedule management, cost oversight, and contractual compliance while collaborating with diverse project stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling and project controls using Primavera P6.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules aligned with contractual milestones.
• Monitor project progress, risks and performance, preparing regular management reports.
• Review contractors' programmes, assess schedule impacts and evaluate Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
• Support contract administration through change management, variations and claims analysis.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of project controls experience on major infrastructure projects, preferably in the water/wastewater sector.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 for planning, scheduling, reporting and EOT claim analysis.
