Programme Manager – Governance in Family Firms

About the role

The Programme Manager will lead the design, development and delivery of Pearl Initiative’s Governance in Family Firms programme across the GCC. The role combines strategic programme management, business development and thought‑leadership to strengthen family enterprises through better governance, transparency and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute the Governance in Family Firms programme, aligning it with organisational goals.
• Continuously innovate the programme offering and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies that address emerging trends and challenges for family businesses.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, external consultants and partners to co‑create high‑quality content.
• Identify synergies with other organisational initiatives to maximise impact.
• Co‑create and manage a strategic communications plan, including social media and email campaigns.
• Lead business development, stakeholder engagement, revenue generation and fundraising activities.
• Oversee delivery of projects, contracts and high‑impact interventions.
• Produce research, thought‑leadership pieces and organise convenings and trainings.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in programme management, business development or governance.
• Strong strategic thinking, detail orientation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven track record of leading high‑impact programmes and securing funding.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
