Programming Coordinator (Freelance)

About the role

LINKVIVA, an events and experience creator founded in 2003, is looking for a freelance Programming Coordinator based in Dubai. The role supports the planning and execution of event schedules so that programming elements are organised, aligned and delivered smoothly. It is a detail-driven, fast-paced position assisting in talent coordination, schedule management and on-site delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with developing and managing programming schedules and timelines
• Coordinate talent logistics, including arrivals, rehearsals and requirements
• Support rehearsals and on-site programming delivery
• Track timing, transitions and run-of-show updates
• Liaise with internal teams to keep departments aligned
• Maintain accurate documentation, schedules and communication updates

Required profile

• Relevant experience in coordination, events or operations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Based in the UAE or open to relocation
• Experience supporting live events, activations or productions, and understanding of run-of-show delivery, is a plus
