Project & Change Lead - Data & AI Services

About the role

Damen is hiring a Project & Change Lead for its Data & AI Services team in Abu Dhabi, reporting to the Head of Data & AI. The role leads onboarding projects for new data services and capabilities in the Data Shared Service Centre (Data SSC), acting as the link between business stakeholders, operational teams and technology teams. It coordinates People, Process and Technology and ensures new services are adopted and embedded in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding projects for new services, capabilities and data domains, developing project plans and managing timelines, risks and dependencies
• Coordinate business, operational and technology teams and monitor progress until services move into operational delivery
• Drive stakeholder engagement, workshops, alignment sessions and training to support adoption
• Work with Product Owners, business stakeholders and IT teams to turn opportunities into sustainable services
• Support operating procedures, service documentation, KPIs and onboarding standards, and capture lessons learned

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Change, Information Management, Data Management, Information Systems, Project Management or a related field
• 4-7 years of experience in project management, project coordination, change management or transformation, with proven delivery across multiple stakeholders
• Experience in IT, Shared Services, Digital Transformation, Data or Business Operations environments
• Understanding of project management (PMP, Agile, Prince2, Scrum) and change management (ADKAR, Prosci) approaches
• Familiarity with Shared Services operating models; basic knowledge of Data Governance and Master Data Management is an advantage
• Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken
