Project Control Manager

About the role

The Project Control Manager will lead all Project Controls activities for ADNOC offshore projects, providing strategic oversight, performance reporting and decision‑support to ensure cost, schedule, quality and safety objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary Project Controls team (planning, cost, risk, reporting engineers) and develop procedures, systems and reporting standards.
• Establish and maintain integrated schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and start‑up, approve EPC baseline schedules and monitor critical paths.
• Implement cost control systems, monitor budgets, commitments and forecasts, prepare cost reports and dashboards, and ensure accurate final cost forecasting.
• Develop progress measurement systems, apply Earned Value Management techniques and produce performance KPIs.
• Drive risk management activities, maintain risk registers, conduct assessments and report emerging risks.
• Administer change management, evaluate schedule and cost impacts, and maintain change records.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports, executive dashboards and present updates to ADNOC management.
• Coordinate with ADNOC Offshore, PMC, EPC contractors and vendors to align Project Controls across all functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred) and 15‑20 years of oil & gas or major capital project experience.
• At least 10 years in Project Controls leadership on large EPC/EPCI offshore projects, with experience on projects > USD 500 million.
• Proven track record in planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, risk management and reporting.
• Preferred experience with ADNOC offshore projects, greenfield EPC/EPCI developments and Middle‑East execution.
