Project Coordination Engineer

About the role

Parsons is seeking a talented Project Coordination Engineer – Infrastructure (UAE National) to lead the coordination of design activities and development of infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate infrastructure design activities across multiple teams and disciplines, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines and budgets.
• Act as the primary point of contact between design teams, authorities and clients, facilitating clear communication.
• Conduct quality checks on design documents and specifications to meet safety, environmental and sustainability standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including design plans, progress reports and compliance records.
• Develop reports and presentations to brief management and clients on project progress.
• Ensure all designs adhere to local, state and federal regulations and stay updated on changes in design standards and codes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 3‑5 years of experience in infrastructure design or project coordination, managing design projects from concept to completion.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
