Project Coordinator – Construction (UAE National)

About the role

Parsons is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator who is an UAE national to support construction projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager and site teams to ensure smooth daily operations and help drive project progress.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with planning, organizing and tracking day‑to‑day construction activities.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to maintain smooth site operations.
• Prepare and maintain project documents such as meeting minutes, action logs and progress trackers.
• Update construction schedules and monitor progress against milestones.
• Support basic cost tracking, including quantities, progress measurements and payment application inputs.
• Help implement quality and safety procedures and organise site coordination meetings and visits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology (Civil, Electrical or Mechanical).
• Internship or work experience in construction or engineering projects.
• Basic understanding of construction methods, drawings and project phases.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities to work collaboratively with site and office teams.
