Project Coordinator – Emirati Future Leaders

About the role

Accountable for supporting the successful execution of construction or landscape projects, this role ensures effective coordination of activities, adherence to timelines and budgets, and maintenance of high‑quality standards. The coordinator facilitates communication among team members and stakeholders, contributing to overall project success and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project team to develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among project team members, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date project documentation, such as plans, permits, contracts, and other relevant records.
• Assist in monitoring project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
• Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
• Identify potential risks and proactively work to mitigate them, safeguarding project timelines and objectives.
• Act as a liaison between the project team and clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing client expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, landscape architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role within the construction or landscape industry.
