Project Coordinator – Industrial Services

About the role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator for our Industrial Services division to manage the mobilization and demobilization of inspectors across sites in the UAE. The role ensures seamless coordination between clients, inspectors, and internal teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate on‑time mobilization and demobilization of inspectors to UAE sites.
• Source required inspectors, collaborating with local and overseas partners and suppliers.
• Review inspector resumes to assess suitability for assignments.
• Verify that all logistical and client/site requirements are fulfilled before deployment.
• Support the invoicing process by providing timesheets, supporting documents, and obtaining necessary approvals.

Required profile

• BSc in Engineering, Diploma or equivalent.
• 4–10 years of experience in a similar coordination role.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic business environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
