Project Coordinator Interior Fitout

About the role

The client is a well‑established interior fit‑out and architectural solutions firm operating across the UAE. As a Project Coordinator you will act as the central link between design, procurement, joinery production and site execution, ensuring drawings and submittals move smoothly and schedules are met.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across design, procurement, joinery production, site execution and estimation teams to meet project milestones.
• Review, track and distribute project drawings and revisions using AutoCAD, facilitating clarifications between design, site engineers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project schedules, identify delays or bottlenecks early, and report risks to the Project or Operations Manager.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including trackers, submission schedules, approval logs, meeting minutes and progress reports.
• Arrange material deliveries, approvals and procurement timelines to avoid site disruptions.
• Visit project sites to verify progress, support office‑field coordination and ensure work follows approved requirements.
• Prepare and circulate status updates, meeting minutes and internal reports to stakeholders.
• Support communication between internal departments, consultants, clients and contractors to ensure accurate information flow.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination within interior fit‑out or construction projects.
• Valid UAE driving licence for mandatory site visits.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, shop drawings and project documentation workflows.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
