Project Coordinator

About the role

TechnipFMC is seeking a Project Coordinator to ensure flawless execution of non‑project orders and contracts. You will act as the primary liaison between sales/account managers and internal teams, driving order entry, delivery, and customer success while upholding quality, safety, and financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full order lifecycle from entry and acknowledgment to delivery, coordinating with the EMS team.
• Oversee scope, budget, schedule, quality, safety, and compliance for engineering, procurement, and start‑up activities.
• Develop and implement execution plans, resource schedules, and cost forecasts.
• Handle scope change orders, ensuring approvals from project or commercial managers.
• Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and monitor risk exposure.
• Maintain financial responsibility for engineering, procurement, and start‑up budgets, ensuring gross‑margin targets are met.
• Communicate progress and issues effectively to internal stakeholders and project teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating engineering, procurement, and start‑up activities.
• Strong understanding of budget and schedule management.
• Ability to manage scope changes and risk mitigation.
• Experience working with sales/account managers and internal project teams.
