Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to oversee contracts, budgets, resources, and schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within cost targets. You will act as a central hub for documentation, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project contracts, budgets, resources, and schedules to meet time and cost objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, schedules, and cost‑tracking records.
• Administer procurement activities, contracts, and financial records related to the project.
• Facilitate project meetings, communicate updates to stakeholders, and deliver effective presentations.
• Capture and analyse lessons learned, promoting best practices and areas for improvement.
• Support change management by coordinating adjustments to schedule, scope, cost, and deliverables.
• Ensure efficient resource utilization, compliance with company policies, quality standards, and HSE regulations.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and lead small projects under senior supervision.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Management, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or onsite roles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
