Project Delivery & Development Talent Pool

About the role

Dubai Holding is creating a talent pool for its Project Delivery & Development function. This pool will be used to source candidates for upcoming positions across project and development delivery, construction, infrastructure, and project controls.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end project and development delivery from planning through construction to handover.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, authorities and internal stakeholders to align scope, schedule and quality.
• Manage project cost, programme, risk and change controls.
• Monitor compliance with approvals, permits, contractual obligations and governance frameworks.
• Assist with reporting, issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting project, development or construction delivery environments.
• Strong coordination, planning and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Good understanding of cost control, scheduling and risk‑management principles.
