Project Director – Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Director to lead our portfolio of high‑rise buildings, luxury hotels and other premium construction projects. The role demands strong leadership, deep construction knowledge and a focus on delivering projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception through hand‑over, ensuring schedule, budget and quality targets are met.
• Develop and implement project strategies, detailed plans and realistic schedules.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and other stakeholders to maintain design integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee project budgets, monitor expenditures and achieve financial objectives.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Identify risks early and devise effective mitigation measures.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and develop project management staff, promoting continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 20 years of project management experience in the construction sector, specifically high‑rise and luxury projects.
• Proven record of delivering complex construction programmes on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
