About the role

We are hiring a high‑caliber Project Director to take full control of our construction operations.

Key responsibilities

Lead and enforce operational excellence across all sites.
Drive delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.
Optimize resources and eliminate inefficiencies.
Resolve critical issues and maintain uninterrupted project progress.
Hold project teams accountable and report directly to top management.

Required profile

Civil Engineering degree.
25+ years of experience in construction with strong project experience.
Proven ability to manage large, multi‑site operations.
Strong leadership, authority, and decisive execution.
