About the role
We are hiring a high‑caliber Project Director to take full control of our construction operations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and enforce operational excellence across all sites.
- Drive delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.
- Optimize resources and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Resolve critical issues and maintain uninterrupted project progress.
- Hold project teams accountable and report directly to top management.
Required profile
- Civil Engineering degree.
- 25+ years of experience in construction with strong project experience.
- Proven ability to manage large, multi‑site operations.
- Strong leadership, authority, and decisive execution.
