Project Director

About the role

Mirage is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the construction delivery of a large masterplan project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing all aspects of project execution to ensure high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and implement the Project Execution Plan and direct the Project Management team.
• Manage commercial aspects, including consultant fees, claims, and payments.
• Administer construction contracts and act as authorised signatory for correspondence.
• Lead value‑engineering workshops, progress updates, delay‑claim workshops and the procurement process.
• Motivate and manage multi‑disciplined teams, compile monthly reports and make recommendations.

Required profile

• University degree in Project Management, Building Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture or similar.
• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a Project Director role.
• Extensive villa construction experience and proven work on large masterplan projects in the UAE.
• Active membership of a relevant professional institution is a plus.
