Project Engineer - Authority Approvals & NOCs

About the role

Careers International is looking for a Project Engineer in Dubai with relevant experience handling authority approvals and NOCs for construction projects in the UAE. The engineer coordinates with government authorities and ensures all required approvals are obtained on time so that projects can run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and obtain the authority approvals and NOCs needed for construction projects.
• Coordinate with authorities such as DEWA, RERA and Trakhees.
• Prepare and submit the necessary documentation, drawings and applications to the relevant authorities.
• Follow up with authorities to secure timely approvals and clearances.
• Work with consultants, contractors and internal project teams on required submissions.
• Monitor compliance with local regulations, permits and project requirements.
• Maintain records of approvals, permits and project documentation.
• Support the project team in meeting all authority requirements before and during execution.

Required profile

• 4-5 years of experience handling authority approvals and NOCs in the UAE construction sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Good coordination and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple submissions and meet project timelines.
