Project Engineer – Civil / Fit‑Out (UAE)

About the role
We are seeking a strong and experienced Project Engineer – Civil / Fit‑Out with solid UAE experience in high‑end residential, luxury villa, fit‑out, renovation, and civil projects.
Key responsibilities
- Independently manage projects from site mobilisation through completion and handover.
- Coordinate subcontractors, oversee site execution, drawings, materials, quality control and project planning.
- Handle client expectations, variations and negotiations while ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, approvals, permits and inspections.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5–8 years of relevant UAE experience, preferably on luxury villa projects in Dubai Hills, Jumeirah Islands or Al Barari.
- Valid UAE driving licence and immediate availability.
Required skills
- Strong experience in interior fit‑out, renovation and civil works.
- Excellent knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, approvals, permits and inspections.
- Proven ability to lead, coordinate, make decisions and solve problems under pressure.
