About the role
Careers International is hiring experienced Project Engineers to oversee and execute Glass & Aluminium fit-out projects from planning to completion in Dubai. The ideal candidate has strong experience in site coordination, client communication and team leadership within the fit-out or aluminium/glass industry.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure timely completion of work.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Oversee the installation of aluminium, glass and related fit-out elements.
- Ensure quality control and safety compliance at all stages.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines and materials.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
Required profile
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in glass, aluminium or fit-out projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design.
- Fluent in Hindi and English; Indian nationality preferred.
Required skills
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and manage site teams.
