Project Engineer – Interior Fit‑Out (Dubai) – Immediate Joiner

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to lead interior fit‑out projects for commercial spaces in Dubai. The role requires immediate availability and involves managing projects from concept through hand‑over while ensuring quality, safety and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise interior fit‑out works for offices, retail outlets and restaurants.
• Liaise with clients, architects, contractors and suppliers to align project requirements.
• Monitor progress, prepare regular reports and update stakeholders on timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai building codes, quality standards and safety regulations.
• Control project documentation, change orders and close‑out procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BE/BTech) in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in interior fit‑out of commercial spaces.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong project management and coordination capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of civil engineering principles applied to interior fit‑out.
