Project Engineer – Project Execution Support

About the role

We are looking for a Project Engineer to support the execution of engineering projects at alfanar Electric. The role involves coordinating documentation, assisting with planning and scheduling, and ensuring effective communication across internal teams to meet project milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Review and organize project documentation received from sales during handover.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of project documents and updates.
• Coordinate with design, procurement and scheduling departments to support design reviews and procurement inputs.
• Attend internal meetings, monitor progress and highlight pending actions.
• Track basic project risks, update risk registers and escalate issues to senior engineers or the project manager.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining project schedules and follow up on key milestone dates.
• Support coordination during Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) preparation and factory delivery schedules.
• Communicate with customers regarding document requirements and testing arrangements.
• Follow up on documentation needed for invoicing and financial approvals.
• Provide general administrative and logistical support to the project execution team.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in project engineering or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments and external customers.
• Good problem‑solving attitude and willingness to escalate issues when necessary.
• Understanding of health, safety and environmental compliance requirements.
