About the role

Revive Renovation is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to lead residential renovation and fit‑out projects from mobilisation through handover. You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors and consultants to ensure high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage projects from mobilisation to final handover, monitoring schedule, progress, quality and cost.
  • Coordinate civil, architectural and MEP works, reviewing drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues and ensure works follow approved drawings and quality standards.
  • Provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager and manage subcontractors and site teams effectively.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of UAE construction experience, preferably in residential renovation or villa projects.
  • Valid UAE driving licence and immediate or short‑notice availability.
