Project Engineering Manager - Energy & Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project / Engineering Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of energy and infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with proven leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of energy and infrastructure projects.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams and ensure performance alignment.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and overall performance metrics.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders including government and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Support project reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in oil & gas, energy infrastructure, or related sectors.
• At least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience in project delivery, planning, and budgeting.
• Strong background in stakeholder management and coordination.
• Experience working within the UAE regulatory and utility landscape (DoE, ADNOC, DMT, Civil Defense).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Petroleum, or equivalent).
