Project Executive - Industrial Warehouse & Office Fit-Out

About the role

Careers International is hiring a Project Executive in Dubai to lead and manage the full lifecycle of industrial warehouse construction and office fit-out projects, from planning and mobilization through execution, commissioning and handover. The role is the single point of accountability on site and acts as the operational extension of management, balancing strategic planning, technical oversight and day-to-day site coordination to deliver projects on time, within budget and in line with UAE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project plans covering scope, timelines, manpower, materials and cash flow; turn architectural and structural drawings into sequenced site activities
• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns, and create method statements and work breakdown structures
• Lead daily site operations, manage subcontractors and workflow, monitor material usage and enforce safety and housekeeping
• Run daily toolbox talks and weekly progress review meetings
• Evaluate and onboard subcontractors, prepare RFQs, negotiate rates and manage billing, variation claims and payment certifications
• Obtain approvals and NOCs from authorities such as DCD, Trakhees, JAFZA/NIP and Dubai Municipality, and keep approval trackers up to date
• Maintain DPRs, site diaries, snag lists and variation logs, and submit weekly management reports

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• 2-6 years of UAE experience in industrial/warehouse construction or office interior fit-out
• Ability to manage projects independently from start to handover
• Strong understanding of UAE authority approval processes
• UAE-based with a valid UAE driving licence (own car preferred)
